HANDMADE NAILS DISCLAIMER 

All our press-on sets are individually handcrafted. This means each set is unique, and minor variations in patterns are a natural characteristic of the handmade process. Colors may shift subtly depending on your lighting environment or screen display settings. We appreciate your understanding of the beauty found in these handcrafted details. 

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

To keep everyone safe and maintain hygiene, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges, or issue refunds, for a change of mind or for different styles or sizes, once any nail product and glue order is complete.

Since each nail set is 100% handmade, to speed up crafting time and delivery, we only accept order cancellations within 1 hour.

In addition, we only accept exchanges, returns, and issue refunds for the physical accessories, such as nail books and UV lights, within 14 days.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

To ensure a fair process, please provide clear photo/video proof and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if there is excessive gel overflow or incomplete curing. We will determine on a case-by-case basis whether they meet our quality replacement criteria.

Please note that we will strictly arrange a re-shipment if the items do not match the size or shape specified in your original order. However, this policy does not cover issues caused by improper self-application or accidental damage after receipt.

 

PRESS-ON SIZE POLICY

Nail proportions on models may vary from person to person. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct size is selected before purchasing. Different stores have different size and shape guides. To find your best fit, we kindly ask you to review our latest Size & Shape Guide, which is available on every product page.

Size Tips

If your measurements fall between two sizes, we always recommend sizing up. Larger nail strips can be gently filed down for a custom fit, whereas smaller sizes cannot be adjusted.

 

Sizing Insurance Discount

We're not able to issue refunds or free replacements for measurement errors that occurred during the ordering process. But if your set does not fit due to an incorrect measurement provided at the time of order, please contact us after you receive your order. We will provide a one-time 10% discount code for your reorder using your corrected measurements.

We strongly encourage all customers to double-check their measurements to ensure a perfect, comfortable fit.
