Shipping Policy

Delux Nails Lab is driven by a passion for sharing our handcrafted nail masterpieces with enthusiasts worldwide. To make your experience as smooth as the art we create, we'll show all shipping details—including costs and estimated arrival times—during checkout. We only accept orders from North America at the moment and offer complimentary shipping on all U.S. orders over $45 and on all North America orders over $79 USD. CRAFTING PROCESSING

Since our press-on nails are 100% handmade and not mass-produced in a factory, each set requires time for creation and quality checks:

  • Standard Order: estimated production time is 2-5 business days before dispatch.
  • Peak Seasons: such as holiday or sales events, processing time may extend to 2 business days. Announcements will be posted on our homepage.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Each order will be whisked away to you when our nail techs add the final touches to your handcrafted set. Please note that we are available for creative work on business days (excluding public holidays). Once your order shipped, a tracking number will be automatically sent to your email so you can follow its progress to your doorstep.

Shipping fees and estimated timelines are displayed at checkout. Please remember that these dates are thoughtful estimates. Sometimes, tracking updates might take a little breather; we kindly ask for your patience. If your package’s progress stays quiet for more than 7 days, please reach out to us, and we’ll contact our shipping partners to look into it, ensuring your shopping experience is on the right track.

For custom creations, the shipping timeline is as unique as the design itself. Because these sets require close collaboration with you, the shipping schedule is set after your consultation with our team. REGARDING EXPRESS SHIPPING 

If your order contains our accessory products, such as Solid Nail Glue Gel, Cuticle Oil Pen, and handheld UV Lamp, the delivery day may be extended due to customs and safety inspections, and Liquid or battery items are not eligible for Express Shipping in some countries.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAX
  • U.S Order: Sales tax will be automatically calculated and applied at checkout for orders within the United States, based on state and local regulations.
  • For orders shipped outside the U.S., customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes (such as VAT), and local carrier handling fees charged by customs upon delivery (DDU) in the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.

 

ADDRESS CORRECTION

We accept address and order modifications within 12 hours of placing your order. If you need to update your address or cancel your order, reach out via Contact Us . Unfortunately, we can't cancel or intercept your order after 12 hours, as it may have already been processed or shipped. Thank you for your understanding and support.

 
MISSING, DAMAGE PACKAGES

While some logistics factors are beyond our control, rare transit mishaps or missing packages can happen. Please reach out via Contact Us . Our team will work with the carrier to resolve the issue if your order goes missing and ensure you have a good shopping experience. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
